Expert Systems

The Selestial team have written one of the largest Expert Systems anywhere. The system health-checks over 10,000 parameters from hundreds of servers in key sites in the UK and Japan every night. Based on its embedded expertise it decides whether these systems are healthy or not and alerts the most appropriate support staff accordingly. This system is in daily use by British Telecom
