Jobs
HQ allows you to link together all the disparate information associated with a specific job into a single place. In many industries a container for the information associated with a job is simply called a Jobbag. HQ has an equivalent concept and it allows you to create jobbags in which you can store documents, emails and other items associated with a given client, job or project.
Timesheets
You can also create Timesheets and keep a record of time spent on a project or client by an individual or team - particularly useful if you are measuring or charging for hours spent on providing your service.
Simply enter the hours and minutes spent on each task and they are automatically totaled for the task and for the day. The data is then used by HQ to generate reports of activity across the whole team of HQ users.
Reports
Once Timesheets have been created they can be turned into a report - with relevant columns automatically added together - and emailed, faxed, or added to a letter to send to a client.
Standard reports include:
- Tasks and hours for a given job
- Tasks and hours for a given person
- Hours booked for all people, for all tasks
- People and hours for a task
Many other reports may be added as part of our bespoking process.
